The total cost under Item No.I and Net present value (NPV) of Item No.II

will be taken for the evaluation of financial merit.

Note: Tenderer shall furnish Budgetary Offer for all the items mentioned above.

Budgetary Offers without quote for AMC will be considered as incomplete offer.

Order for the AMC will be placed on the successful Tenderer after the completion

of guarantee period.

The Annual Maintenance contract for FIVE years shall cover all the items.

supplied vide this tender and also for all the existing items as mentioned in the

Schedule “A1”

Tenderer shall inspect the site before furnishing the offer.
