4. The prices offered shall include all transportation, insurance charges, etc.,

6. Tenderer shall furnish budgetary offer for Comprehensive Annual

Maintenance Contract in the enclosed format.

7.If the tenderer requires any item for satisfactory functioning of the proposed

system other than the ones mentioned above the same shall be indicated

separately at unit rate along with its statuatory levis and the rate at which it is

charged
